STAGES OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

START
Initial meeting to understand the needs and objectives of your project. A pre-analysis of the project which will determine the various next steps to carry out the project.

PLANNING
The concrete design of the project ideas. A sketch is developed to have a better idea of the dimensions and the multiple layout options. Any modifications and new ideas are welcomed to develop a final project.

EXECUTION
The final plans are completed, the building permit is obtained and the various contractors are chosen for the construction. At this stage, you have an estimate of the construction price and you are ready to begin work.

MONITORING
It is very important during the construction site to ensure that the work runs smoothly. Each stage of construction should ideally ensure compliance of the installed elements.

FENCE
The final finishing touches are being completed in the construction site. You are finally ready to move in!

A professional architectural technologist prepares plans for the construction, or renovation of small commercial or residential buildings. The general rule is a building having an area of less than 300 square meters or 3228 square feet of a maximum of 2 floors. The building type can be a single-family detached, semi-detached, row house, a multi-family dwelling of up to 4 units or a commercial establishment.
A technologist can prepare plans for the modification or renovation of any type of building provided that the use, structure, wall, exit or exterior envelope are not modified.
